PPO OF JSC «SALEO-Gomel» is part of the Gomel regional organization of the Belarusian Trade Union of Industrial Workers «BELPROFMASH».
The main objectives of the trade union organization are:

- improving the standard of living and material well-being of trade union members.
The main principle of the social policy of JSC «SALEO-Gomel» is to create safe working conditions and comfortable conditions for recreation and leisure of employees, as well as to increase their social protection.
Interaction between the administration and the trade union organization of OJSC «SALEO-Gomel» labor and social relations, bilateral obligations, rights and responsibilities between the labor collective and the OJSC administration «SALEO-Gomel» are determined by the Collective Agreement. The initiator of the Collective Agreement is the trade union. The Collective Agreement contains eleven sections and nine annexes.
